Yantra Zero Privacy Policy

Purpose & Core Intent

Yantra Zero provides digital infrastructure to process financial data securely via third-party integrations, including the Plaid API. This policy describes how we handle, protect, and process user data when you connect financial profiles through Nivelo Bookkeeper.

Data We Collect via Plaid

When you authenticate through Plaid Link, we process authorized consumer financial information, including:

• Account details: institution names, account types, and partial account numbers.
• Transaction history: historical and ongoing transactions (amounts, merchants, dates, balances).
• Session tokens: identifiers required to maintain secure API sessions (not sold to marketing brokers).

Purpose of Processing

We process financial information to operate Bookkeeper features, provide transactional insights, support invoicing analysis, and maintain security baselines. We do not sell, lease, or monetize consumer financial data to third-party marketing brokers.

Data Retention Limits

Plaid-sourced data is retained while your account is active. Purging begins within 30 days after account termination. System and security audit logs may be retained up to 365 days per our organizational retention schedule.

Consent & Disconnect

You authorize data retrieval before Plaid Link runs. You may disconnect accounts or revoke processing from Bookkeeper settings when available.

Security Controls

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest on production databases. Operator and infrastructure access uses multi-factor authentication.

Information You Submit

Nivelo may process contractor quotes, project descriptions, uploaded files, pasted text, pricing details, line items, and optional contact information you provide. Homeowner quote review currently stores sanitized pricing and scope signals, not the original uploaded file.

Sanitized Learning Data

Nivelo may use sanitized quote details, job categories, scope summaries, labor totals, material totals, grand totals, pricing red flags, and market notes to improve Nivelo pricing models and future contractor matching. We attempt to remove common personal identifiers such as emails, phone numbers, street addresses, customer names, and document IDs before saving quote data for model learning.

What Not To Upload

Please do not upload Social Security numbers, bank account information, medical information, private access codes, payment card details, or any document you are not authorized to share. You should remove sensitive personal information from quotes before submitting them.

AI Providers And Infrastructure

Nivelo may send submitted content to AI and infrastructure providers to generate quote reviews, estimates, exports, and pricing analysis. These providers process data on Nivelo's behalf so the service can operate.
