AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on assumptions that require human review.
No Guarantee
Nivelo does not guarantee pricing accuracy, contractor performance, project outcomes, code compliance, licensing status, permit requirements, material availability, or site conditions. You are responsible for verifying all quote details, scope, permits, insurance, licenses, and final project decisions with qualified professionals.
Homeowner Quote Submissions
When you submit a contractor quote for review, you authorize Nivelo to process the submitted content to generate an AI review. You also authorize Nivelo to use sanitized quote details, pricing patterns, scope patterns, and market signals to improve pricing models, quote review, and future contractor matching.
Sensitive Information
Do not upload sensitive personal information, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, private access codes, or any information you are not authorized to share. Nivelo attempts to strip common contact details from model-learning data, but you should remove sensitive details before submitting whenever possible.
Contractor Matching
Future contractor matching features may connect homeowners with contractors. Any contractor selection, hiring decision, agreement, payment, work quality, warranty, or dispute remains between the homeowner and contractor unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
